The  synthesis of the Diarios de campo In the development of the participant-observation practice, the purpose of identifying the methods, approaches, and methodologies was taken into account, which was carried out through activities proposed in the classroom, in order to create and implement strategies that allow us to improve the problems that can be observed, as well as recognize the teaching and what is being taught. The activities carried out by the seventh-grade students of the Francisco de Paula Santander school in the city of Duitama were observed, who were very participative and active when implementing educational and practical classes. Description of the observed population      The Francisco de Paula Santander school is a humanist pedagogy institution implementing the use of workshops and technological tools implementing didactic and ludic thus achieving that its students stand out in the year 2021 with good scores in the ICFES tests, the school located in the area urban area of the municipality of Duitama and has a good infrastructure specialized classrooms for the development of classes for children and young people in this academic period, pedagogical practice was carried out with seventh grade students within 12 and 13 years of age, 1 and 2. The students are very participatory working in teams and individually and showed interest in the playful classes proposed by the teacher in training in the company of the teacher of the institution.  

  Work Plan   T RAINING PURPOSES OF THE CORSE  - Recognize the main characteristics of foreign language teaching methodologies in virtual and face-to-face environments through the development of different types of tasks and observation protocols to be applied in practice and real settings. COURSE OBJECTIVES  Learning Outcome 1:  reflect on the role of methodologies and strategies for foreign language teaching, through the recognition of their own educational experiences. Learning Outcome 2:   interpret the information obtained from different data collection instruments through participatory observation for the application and adaptation of activities in virtual and face-to-face contexts. Learning Outcome 3:   propose methodologies, strategies, and activities, according to the characteristics and pedagogical needs of their students, based on the information obtained from their observation practices.

I participated in some recovery activities together with the teacher of the institution and I was able to level them so that they did not lose the subject and that they understood in the best way also in the CALL activity through games they were very active when participating. I think I had a good connection and communication with the students because I always motivated them, I taught them to let go of their fears and to participate without thinking about what they would say in each of the classes, they were always very attentive asking what they did not understand in order to have good grades.   Conclusions  In the development of my pedagogical practice of participant observation, it seemed very practical because I have already worked with this teacher and from her I learn a lot because she helps me to participate in the best way by strengthening my pronunciation and grammar of the English language since it was possible to reinforce vocabulary among other topics in this case in the seventh grades. I think that as a teacher in training you have the possibility to begin to interact, know and identify the educational environment, understand the importance of pedagogical practice where we can acquire the ability to teach, learn to evaluate and apply methodologies so that students learn from a didactic and playful way.
